Right click anywhere on the desktop wallpaper and click
Click on Settings and you should see 2 screens
Select the one that is numbered and probably hatched out
Select the my windows desktop onto this
You should now be good to go.

The thing about web design is that the website will sell it, the card is only a link to the website. You even need a real-world address. Your name, the website URL and a phone number is all you really need! The card should also be interesting graphically, of course.
